Acting responsibly for our people, our partners, and the marine environment.

Responsibility

Over recent years, environmental responsibility has become a central pillar of the global maritime industry, driven by stricter regulations and the transition toward cleaner and more efficient vessel operations.

Seascape fully recognizes the importance of minimizing the environmental footprint of shipping activities and operates in full alignment with international regulatory frameworks, including the requirements set by the IMO, such as Tier II and Tier III emission standards, as well as evolving decarbonization targets. We actively support technologies and solutions that contribute to reduced emissions, improved efficiency, and regulatory compliance, including systems for dual-fuel engine operation, and environmentally optimized systems.

Our approach to sustainability extends beyond regulatory obligation. It is a strategic commitment and a source of long-term value, reflected in the careful selection of principals and suppliers who share our environmental values and comply with global sustainability standards. Through responsible partnerships and forward-looking solutions, Seascape supports shipowners and managers in navigating the industry’s transition toward safer, cleaner, and more sustainable operations.

Inspired by a deep appreciation for art in all its forms

Supporting the Arts

Inspired by a deep appreciation for art in all its forms, combined with decades of experience in naval architecture and Greek shipyards, Seascape’s founder, Dimitris Liaskonis, has long viewed the ship as more than a technical achievement. To him, it is a powerful symbol of freedom, strength, and communication—a symbol that has inspired artists throughout history to capture life at sea in all its richness and emotion.

This connection between the maritime world and artistic expression is reflected in Seascape’s support of the arts. Through collaborations with artists, whose works have been featured in our corporate gifts, we celebrate creativity and acknowledge the shared inspiration drawn from the marine environment.

We are grateful to the artists we have worked with, whose talent and vision allow us to honor the cultural and symbolic dimension of the maritime industry.
